PackWise is an AI-powered travel packing assistant that generates personalized packing checklists based on your travel details using artificial intelligence.
3. Use of the Service
You agree to use PackWise only for lawful purposes. You may not use the App to violate any laws, submit false information, reverse-engineer the App, or use it for commercial purposes without permission.
4. AI-Generated Content
Packing lists and recommendations are generated by AI for informational purposes only. PackWise does not guarantee accuracy or completeness. Always verify important travel requirements (visas, vaccinations, customs) with official sources.
5. Subscription and Billing
PackWise offers a 7-day free trial with full access. After the trial, a subscription fee applies via Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. Manage subscriptions through your device account settings.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and functionality of PackWise are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy or distribute any part of the App without written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
PackWise is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Use of the App is at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
PackWise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including travel disruptions or losses based on AI recommendations.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
